PROJECT MANAGER

Job responsibility

  • Control of deliverables from internal department: inside sales, quality, planning, technology, purchasing, production, shipping.
  • Manage orders through monitoring of project scope, goals, and deliverables from the order entry to shipment and invoicing.
  • Attends status meetings and provides order update, reporting.
  • Handling of changed orders and issues.
  • Drive clear and appropriate communication with external customers through the life of the order, provide accurate and regular status reports as per requested by customers.
  • Drive to reach key milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify potential delays/risks and potentional counter-measures.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of tools as assigned (Brno Project Tracker, Spread Sheets, IFS…) keeping them up to date.
  • Attends inspection if required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of process management.
  • English – very good verbal and written form.
  • Result driven, Demanding (Self Driven), Action oriented, Problem. solving, Good communication   skills, Priority Settings, Planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiations skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • MS Office.
